I guide and support organizations in identifying solutions on how to create a better gender balance by supporting their leading women in taking more conscious decisions, in bringing their female assets to the table, in building more self-confidence, in taking a pro-active rather than reactive approach towards business opportunities and from there stimulate an organic growth of Leading Women into their leadership teams.
