I created Business on High Heels because I want to show women
that leaderhship is much more than learning and implementing leadership tools,

I'm someone who struggled with finding my true identity, purpose and a sense of fulfillment most of my life.
At age 24, I felt completely lost, which resulted into working harder on my professional career.
My career skyrocketed because I wanted to proof myself to the world (I realize now it was mostly to myself), that I was enough and worthy of it.
But the empty feeling inside remained and I missed a sense of fulfillment in life.
I knew that life was meant to be enjoyed, but I could never figure out how to get to that place without the emptyness inside.
I was always looking for solutions in my outer world, someone or something that would safe me.
After my divorce, things started to change for the better ... "and I felt releaved".

I started reading self-healing literature and attending self-awareness classes which confronted me with my inner world and my own mind.
I had always considered myself to be "a very positive minded person" (that is what I even said out loud), untill one morning when
I was standing in front of the bathroom mirror and I heard myself complaining about just everything
(because you know when you live alone with 2 cats you start talking to yourself a lot or to the cats).
And I heard myself complaining about my work, my partner, my lack of commitment,the house I was living in, my mom, where I was financially ...
That is the exact moment when I realized how I was living my whole life from such a negative spirit and anger towards pretty much everyone
and everything ... STILL EXPECTING POSITIVE OUTCOMES AND FEELING BALANCED WITHIN MYSELF!
And at that moment, I realized that all these years, life had passed me by without enjoying much of it.
Without it even realizing it,I was always expecting the solution or change outside of me,
expecting others to do differently or act differently for me to be more fulfilled and be more happy!
It made me realize, that without doing the inner work, I would never feel in balance or happy or fulfilled or whole!
I WAS FINALLY READY TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO TAKE BACK CONTROL OF MY MIND AND MY LIFE!

What I had learned was that the key component for change is doing the inner work, work with your inner beliefs (which we all have),
our mindset and in understanding the dynamics of energy.
Those are the things that will create real longlasting change in your life, not the external material things
that you think you need in order to be happy.

IN ORDER TO BE FULFILLED IN LIFE, YOU HAVE TO BECOME THE REAL YOU!
This is when I learned to empower myself and re-align with my truth and my true Self.
Throughout my career I also learned that leadership is more than working with well designed and pre-coocked leadership tools or
defining your leadership style. If you don't do the inner work, understand the energy of leadership and manage yourself,
it is done from force, need, fear, unmet expectations, lack and/or unworthyness, ...
