"In 2020, the company I work for offered me a group trajectory on female leadership with Frédérique.
At that point, I had just been promoted to General Counsel and the intention was that this trajectory would support me in strengthening and uplifting my leadership skills. I am Frédérique Michiels. I am an ambitious mid-forties. My personal development journey was quite a bumpy road. 
My professional journey at the same time went smouth, ... or so it seamed at times and in some areas.  It all stared when I got promoted into my first leadership role many years ago where I was assigned as an Account Manager and Teamleader at a big American Marketing office.  It was there and then that I discovered the first "stumbling blocks" of being a leader, leading a team and making sure people trusted me. 
From there I grew into more senior roles within many other international companies, like; ... Talent Expert and Project Manager at Abbott Vascular, Talent & Development Manager at Rockwell Automation and EMEA Learning Centre Manager at TE Connectivity.

What happened was ... I often fell! And I learned the hard way by standing up over and over again.  Although it was a painful route sometimes (especially for my ego), this is how I build lots of experience. My route is not much different from many women still today who fill a management position and who may or may not aspire growing to the top.

After more than 20 years of experience in the corporate world, I started to live my dream!
So, more than 5 years ago I started my own company and now I am able to live my biggest passion every day; helping women to grow as human beings as well as excel in leadership.

Therefore, I am honored to bring forth something that I know will change Women's lives ... It May Be Yours!
